Our Authentic Pizza Napoletana is prepared by following the strict guidelines of the VPN association which requires the use of Italian imported “00” flour, yeast, salt and water. We top it with hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and our own house made fresh mozzarella and cook them for no more than 60-90 seconds in our wood-fired oven over 900 degrees. This preparation and cooking method delivers a thin, soft and irresistibly chewy texture that is not conducive to being served by the slice.
